Owner Marc Holder’s family immigrated through Ellis Island from Sicily, marking the beginning of his culinary adventure. Growing up, he was constantly in the kitchen with his family, learning the traditions of his ancestry. As he grew older, he knew that he wanted to be a chef. He started his career as a dishwasher and worked his way up over the 23 years he has been in the industry, eventually becoming a general manager. Marc has cooked various cuisines, including Sicilian, Chinese, Jamaican, Mexican, and some of the best American dishes. He has worked in seven major cities, including Manhattan, Orlando, Huntsville, and Chattanooga. It is his dream and passion to bring quality food with bold, amazing flavors to each event his team executes.
Growing up in Chattanooga, owner Jaran Moore was always fascinated by the different dishes his family would make. From his grandmother pickling beets to his father making various cobblers, these experiences left a lasting impression on him. Traveling the world in the military expanded his culinary horizons, but his main inspiration came from his 4th-grade teacher. One day in class, they cooked together, sparking an instant desire in Jaran to go home and cook for his family. He still remembers the look on everyone's faces when they tasted his cooking, a feeling he continues to chase to this day.
